What kind of benefits package does St. Charles offer?
St. Charles offers a generous total rewards package for our caregivers. Part-time and full-time caregivers are eligible for comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits for themselves and their immediate family members. Our retirement package includes up to a 6% match on contributions to a 403b account after one year of service with the organization. Our ETO (Earned Time Off) packages start at 27 days per year for full-time caregivers
