In 2020, St. Charles started our CNA Trainee program in partnership with COCC with the purpose of providing people an opportunity to start or continue their career in patient care.

Accelerated Path

Complete a focused 6 week course and step directly into a Certified Nursing Assistant Career with St. Charles.

Four Cohorts Per Year

We run four CNA Trainee Cohorts annually, giving you multiple opportunities to find the start date that works for you.

CNA Trainee Program Requirements

Attend the CNA Trainee Informational Session 

Once you finish the St. Charles CNA course, you’ll register for your OSBN certification exam within 14 days.

Become a certified Nursing Assistant with the Oregon State Board of Nursing within 120 days of completing your course.

Join our team for at least two years, with your first 12 months dedicated to growing your skills as a CNA at St. Charles.
